Fuegoblanco guesthouse is just 40 minutes from Malaga airport but is a world apart from the costa del sol. Here, surrounded by our organic lemon and orange groves, you experience inland Andalucia, a part of Spain that wasn´t invented for just tourists. There is plenty to do in this part of Malaga
Province; from the bustling tapas bars of Alora to personal pampering at Malaga´s arab baths Lots of things to do.
This part of the andalucia country side is fantastic for walking, horse riding ( most activities we can arrange for our guests.) You can plan outdoor pursuits with the help of
hour by hour Álora weather site We are also close to the spanish lakes where you can picnic, hire pegalos and swim.
We provide Bed and Breakfast with organic produce from our own gardens; a variety of vegetables, fruits,and oranges freshly squeezed from the tree (when in season). We specialise in healthy fish and vegetarian cuisine. Full evening meals and lunches are mostly served on the terraces or in the gardens as required.
The Guadalhorce valley is a rich fertile area alive with birds, fish, terrapins and other wildlife. We do our best to care for the beautiful place we live. Where possible we use

At Fuego Blanco you can enjoy fantastic views and stroll in the
lemon and orange groves or walk down by the river. Relax by the swimming pool, on one of the terraces, or hang out in one of our gardens in one of our hammocks,
in the sun or shade as the mood takes you.

The gueshouse is only 2.5 kilometers from the old market town of Alora
with its narrow streets and white houses, moorish castle,museum, ancient churches,
magnificent views, together with a plethora of tapas bars and restaurants 
For those wishing to explore Andalusia, Fuego Blanco is the
perfect centre for touring. The major attractions of Granada, Seville, Cordoba
are within easy reach by car.
Even closer are lots of
interesting villages and towns
including the historic city of Malaga, where there is a programme of Art in the Street. This began on December '07 with seven bronzes by Rodin in the calle Larios.The world famous "thinker" was included amongst the sculptures. Get the train from Alora to Málaga centre,and spend the day exploring the Plaza de la Merced, the Alcazaba, the Roman theatre, Malaga´s narrow winding streets,art galleries,museums. The brand new Carmen Thyssen Museum is set to open in the impressive palace in Malaga on March 24.featuring works by Degas, Joan Miró, Picasso and many other world famous artists.
Also, you can check out arab baths, old sherry bars,tapas bars, five vegetarian and loads of other restaurants.
You can explore the narrow street on foot or even take a four hour bike tour aquainting you with much of what the city has on offer. The city also has some great beaches to explore
25km away is the Lobo park wolf sanctuary, unique in the world. Closer at Ardales are amazing but little known caves Ardales Caves. Visit the Flamingo lake at Fuente de Piedre. Close to the lake is Refugio del Burrittos. For loads of information about this inland area of Spain see the Guadal Teba website It is only available in Spanish but the pictures tell a story in any language.
