FOOD AND DRINK
We provide fish and vegetarian meals based on fresh local produce, organically grown where possible. We are used to catering for people requiring special diets, eg low cholestorol, wheat free, lactose free etc and would be happy to discuss any particular needs.
Breakfast is included in the room price and comprises:
*Tea or coffee, including choice herbal teas and fresh ground or decaffeinated coffee
*Fruit juice (freshly squeezed oranges picked from our own orange trees when in season)
*Fruit
*Cereals
*Yogurt
*Cooked breakfast including eggs,
mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans
*Croissant or toast
*Preserves including home made Seville marmalade
Dinner
We provide fish and vegetarian evening meals for €22.50 euros for three courses including ,wine or beer soft drink, or €18 euros excluding a starter. Each day there will be a choice of a fish or vegetarian main course, and a choice of starters. Please let us know in advance if you would like a meal on the day you arrive, otherwise meals are arranged on a day to day basis.
We grow our own organic vegetables and fruits. When in season ingredients for meals are harvested from our own organic finca.

Lunch
There are bars and restaurants around every corner in Spain. At lunchtime take advantage of the excellent value of the Spanish ‘menu del dia’ a fixed menu meal, ranging from 7 –15 euros.
Or if you would like lunch here, we can provide sandwiches and a drink from 5 euros or a light lunch from 7 euros including a drink.

There are complementary tea and coffee making facilities in the upstairs lounge.
You can help yourself to cold drinks from the fridge on a ‘trust basis’ or ask us for a wider selection
NB. Our kitchen is generally close one day every week normally sundays. There are lots of local bars and restaurants close by to give people an opportunity to sample the local cuisine.
